Privacy Policy
cques LLC ("cques", "we", "us", "our") operates cques.ai and provides the operations platform (the custom software we build and deploy) and implementation services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Contact data: name, email, and any company, inquiry type, preferred time, or message you submit through our contact form. Submitting the form sends your entry to our support inbox and stores it in our internal system for follow-up; your IP address is used only to prevent spam and is not saved. Usage data: anonymous, cookieless pageview counts, collected only if you accept measurement via the consent banner. Engagement data: name, email, billing, and project details you provide once we begin working together under an engagement letter. Communications: emails, calls, and notes from our conversations with you, before and during an engagement.
HOW WE USE IT
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the Services under your engagement letter, communicate with you about your project, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use data inside a client’s deployed operations platform to train AI models without written consent.
WHO WE SHARE WITH
For this website: Vercel (hosting and consent-gated analytics), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase (inquiry storage), under data processing agreements. In delivering client engagements: Anthropic (AI systems) and the providers named in your engagement letter. Legal authorities only when legally required. Successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition.
DATA SECURITY
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security on every database table. Role-based access controls. We follow industry-standard practices but no system is 100% secure.
DATA RESIDENCY
Primary infrastructure runs on US-based providers.
YOUR RIGHTS
Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data. To exercise rights, email support@cques.ai. We respond within 45 days.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
cques.ai sets no authentication or advertising cookies; there are no accounts on this site. The site sets one strictly functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) and is not used for tracking. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregate pageview counter; it runs only if you accept the consent banner on your first visit and stays off by default. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, and you can change it at any time via "Cookies" in the footer.
CLIENT DEPLOYMENTS
Once we deploy an operations platform for you, any data your team inputs into that system stays under your tenant, on infrastructure you own and control. This policy does not cover those deployed systems; they are governed by the data processing terms in your engagement letter.
CHANGES
We will post material changes here, with an updated date, at least 30 days before they take effect.
