Why we started.
Most software built for operators is made by people who have never run operations. They build for the demo, not for the Tuesday morning when a system breaks and a shipment is late.
We started cques because operators were drowning in tools that never talked to each other, and the AI everyone kept talking about never reached the actual work. So we built the layer that does. AI inside the team, connected to the systems they already run. Custom software comes last, only when something is genuinely missing, never as the pitch.
