CASE STUDY · ANCHOR CLIENT · PRODUCTION

How our anchor client replaced QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and three standalone systems with cques.ops.

A mid-market industrial distributor in LATAM + US freight. 47+ users. 6 modules live. Field service, warehouse, procurement, finance, HR, and mobile operations — all on one system, built in 12 weeks.

THE CHALLENGE

Three systems, no integration. Operations glued together by WhatsApp and email.

Before cques.ops, the client ran its operations across QuickBooks, standalone inventory software, a separate CRM, shared drives for quotes, and WhatsApp for field coordination. Field engineers updated job status by message. Finance copied invoices manually from one system to another. The team spent hours every week reconciling data that should have been in one place. Growth was blocked by the systems that were supposed to enable it.

THE SOLUTION

One platform. Every department. 12 weeks from kickoff to go-live.

We deployed cques.ops with a multi-tenant architecture covering the full operation. Six modules launched in production, connected end-to-end. Field engineers now update job status from mobile. Finance runs three-way match automatically. Procurement flows through approval chains. The warehouse scans receipts and put-away on the floor. All data in one database, row-level security per tenant, exportable in standard Postgres anytime.

Inventory & Stock — multi-warehouse, lots, reorder points
Orders & Fulfillment — quote to cash, drop-ship, RMAs
Field Service — mobile PWA for on-site engineers
Warehouse receiving — scan-based put-away and cycle counts
Finance — three-way match, AP/AR, bank reconciliation
HR & Team — roles, training records, time entries, feedback

TIMELINE12 weeksKickoff to full go-live with 6 modules in production. Under the SAP B1 industry average by 6× to 9×.
USERS LIVE47+Office team, field engineers, warehouse staff — all on one system, bilingual interface.

More metrics (ROI, time saved per workflow, reconciliation hours eliminated) publishing as we complete the 6-month post-launch review.

Our anchor client was running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and three systems that didn't talk to each other. Today they run on one platform they own. The team knows where every order is, every invoice stands, every field job closes. That wasn't true twelve weeks ago.
